Welcome to BYC. Can you try to get one or two pictures and post them here? Has he been attacked by another rooster? Do you see any nasal drainage or snots, any noisy breathing, or sneezing or coughing? Is there any pus or whitish gunk in his eye? If so, that needs to be cleaned out with some cotton, QTips, and saline. There are different products at feed stores such as Vetericyn eye gel, Terramycin eye ointment, and a vet could prescribe eye drops, any of which may help. If there is a respiratory disease causing the eye problem, he would need some antibiotics such as Tylan or oxytetracycline. Injuries can be common, even a foreign body such as a piece of straw or grass can be stuck and cause infection. You may have to post a few more times to post a picture, but keep trying.
