I seen what worms look like and I don't think she has them. And, by the way, she will not eat anything I give her. Should I feed her yogurt or some kind of liquid like food?

well, I had to push her head down to give her water, but now she is shivering.
And now she doesn't want to open her eyes, even after I gave her electrolytes.

Try warming her up slowly. If you have a heat lamp, use the heat lamp. And wrap her in a warm towel.
