Help my sweet little girl!

Hi, I've had my hens now for almost a year now, they started laying about 4-5 months ago. I have 1 RIR, 2 BR, and 1 Buff Orpington. My sweet little Orphington has been laying in the nesting box for the last few days. I do not see her out running around when I'm home. I go out every day to collect the eggs and I have to move her just to get them because she will not get up.She looks like she is loosing weight also. Is there anything I can do for her? Is this normal for her to want to always lay on the eggs?
I picked her up to cuddle with her and give her some attention and when I put her back in with the other hens she just layed back down where I put her.
Any help would be nice.

Is she laying on side or actually sitting and not moving? if sitting and not moving she might have gone broody

Yeah she is just sitting. I just didn't want anything to be wrong with her I couldn't tell.
