Help! My turkey poult isn't well!

He's lethargic, panting, and his breathing is very raspy! My sister picked him out because he was the slowest one in the brooder, which she thought was because he's more docile; I think it's 'cause he's sick. Anyone dealt with this before?

I have personally never had turkeys before but my bro did. Try taking it out of the brooder for a bit (if other turkeys peck at it ain't good) and check its bottom to see if it has a pasty butt. I hope someone else can help more. Sorry.
