He's lethargic, panting, and his breathing is very raspy! My sister picked him out because he was the slowest one in the brooder, which she thought was because he's more docile; I think it's 'cause he's sick. Anyone dealt with this before?

I have personally never had turkeys before but my bro did. Try taking it out of the brooder for a bit (if other turkeys peck at it ain't good) and check its bottom to see if it has a pasty butt.
