Help! My week old chick has watery green poop

Yesterday one of my four chicks I got from the feed store had gotten pasty butt. I cleaned her up and dried her off but she’s not been eating or drinking. I’ve been dunking her beak into electrolyte and probiotic water. Today she pooped a watery green poop. She still won’t eat. What can else can I do to help her? I’ve offered mush food and yogurt but have gotten no where.
