Help! My wife is mad at me for feeding the chickens pizza!

It is probably like the old adage goes you are what you eat. Some people eat very healthy and others not. You do have to admit that historically birds eat differently than you or I.

Historically, yes...but people have been feeding chickens things like bread, veggies, dairy, etc. for centuries (those things combined into pizza, probably for less time).

You can always make them veggie pizza. Humans usually don't like veggie pizza so that's a perfect excuse. Or you can get creative and make them mealworm veggie pizza.

It's true I'm often horrified by how long a loaf of bread will sit somewhere without going moldy...but again, PEOPLE eat it.

Just make sure you tell EVERYONE in the house that those are mealworms, not "pepperoni twists".
