nope, he never got a real Basset, but he just loves the look of them.
we have a Treeing Walker Hound and would love to have a Basset as well.

she reminded me of the Trixie Beldon Mystery series books for some reason. the big eyes i think did it.

Just to let you all know. He finally gave her a name. Her name is Lolli. I still think she looks like a Lucy, but I'm ok with Lolli.

You keep mentioning her ears and tongue-her ears are shaped like a tongue how about "lingula" or tongue?
