HELP!! Need coop design advice! Criticize my sketches!!

Another update. Slowly but surely its getting done. Trim and paint is really all I have left.

Looking good. My coop is about 36" off the floor with one side a set of double doors opening into the run for cleaning. I can put my bin under it for cleaning. I've a ladder up to the coop which my brahmas use as they struggle to jump that high. I've only got 3 girls so my coop is not as big as yours.

I've currently enclosed the area under my coop though for my broody as I didn't want chicks that high up in the air. So now I can't get my bin under the coop :-(

I am adding a window on the right side (in the picture) of the coop for light, 16x20. There is ventilation under the "awning" in the space between the walls and the roof rafters, in the front and back. But I was thinking of adding another 2 opening windows under the awning, above the doors, 8 x 20. But the roost is right there and don't want them to get too cold at night.

Still need to add hardware cloth to the inside for the summer, but I think they came out good!

Thanks! My chickens like them too. There is a roost that goes from one porthole to the other and they enjoy the window seats :0)
