Help! Need to upgrade and upsize my waterer. Which one is the best?

use the side water cup thingys ive heard they work really well! the ones on the bottom leak and are hard to hang....

I've tried them all - for my flock, the vertical nipples are the easiest, by far! Raised some store-bought chicks on coke bottles with the nipples drilled into the caps - when they were integrated into the flock, I hung coke bottles everywhere, and the chicks taught the older ones how to do it. In my opinion, chicks like the vertical nipples because they are shiny, they make noise, and they're fun to peck at, and it's easy.

I then graduated to pvc waterers I made myself. I tried the cups, but only a few of the birds would use them, and the cups got dirty! I used horizontal nipples on a long horizontal pvc waterer I made, but I didn't install them correctly - total disaster. The horizontal nipples are thicker, a little harder to manipulate; I replaced them with vertical nipples & haven't looked back.
