HELP needed quickly in case I have to help out!!!!!

I took the chick out of the turner 2 days ago and place in a carton so all they have to do is 'stand up' and the top of the shell comes off. If they're upside down then I put them on their sides but in this case I couldn't tell.

But, I have an update:

I ended up helping this little guy when I realized dry feathers were sticking through the shell. Dry feathers probably meant dry membrane stuck to the chick. And yep, that's what happened. The poor thing was stuck. The humidity level was fine (70%) but he had been in one spot long enough for his feathers to dry out. He was ready to come out to. No blood at all so I guess what ever had come through was much earlier in the zipping.

There's something weird with this chick though. His legs and feet are black except he has a pink toe on each foot. The last hatch of these silver pencil plymouth rocks all had pink legs and feet.

I'll have to get the egg off his back. Any easy way to do this?
