Help needed with my pullet, swollen spot under eye(pic)

I went out yesterday to fill up the ducks pond and noticed one of my orpington pullets wasn't out with the others. I went in the smaller pen to look for her and she was in the box and had an eye swollen shut. This morning she can open it abit and it looks like she's blind in that eye. Don't see any signs where somethings poked it or anything and been trying to research some but there's a ton of stuff that could be it seems like. She's acting normal this morning and active. This pic didnt show the bulge much but it's a pretty good size place. Almost looks like her eye's popped out of its socket, from a size point of view.

For an update, she's still feeding and drinking but she's doing a head bob alot as she moves. Eye when open is yellow looking and cloudy. every place is closed for the holiday, anything at walmart I could get to help her out. I'm about to take her some gatorade.

when my birds have eye issues I give collidal silver directly in the eye. you can get it at the Heath food store its a all natural product. I use the bottle with 500 parts per million of silver as its stronger. it works as a antibiotic and anticeptic. its a very good product and you can give it a try. use two drops into the eye three times a day. The orp pullets no better but acting normal. When open which is more frequent her eye is yellow. I found another problem with one of my barred rocks in the other lot too and I don't know if its related

I am no expert but it looks like an eye infection. You can get many many meds at feed stores including antibiotic eye ointments....or you could medicate the water for all of them.....good luck.

I called our coop and they said they didn't have anything for chickens so now I'm abit stumped. Local vet said they can't help either.

I got some saline drops to rinse the eyes out. Went to the co op the next county over and they didn't have anything. Nothing local at all
