My baby chick keeps falling!! Someone help

Sunny keeps falling! She mostly keeps sleeping, when she try's to walk, she just flops to one side. I frequently give her some suger water, and she ate a few pieces of boiled egg.. Any advice would help!! Thank you!

@JLGauntt I thought about that being the cause, but I noticed her legs are Farley close together

I'm still a newbie at this so you're reaching the end of my knowledge on the subject. If no one gives you any better suggestions, I would try electrolytes on the theory that there is a chemical imbalance that is having an neurological effect. (The electrolytes can't hurt...)
