Okay, that's a good sign! So can you try and get a picture of where the swelling is on your baby and check down to the skin for cuts or puncture marks.

Those descriptions sound kinda like what happening with my bird. I think thats a possibility

I just examined him though and I lifted up his left wing and there is a HUGE bubble of air above/on his left hip. Its is like a shockingly big bubble.

He seems to be breathing ok. Sometimes there's a small gurgling noise.

If it is....what should I do?

You can watch and observe and it might resolve on its own. You can make a small hole to allow the air to escape or you can take baby to an avian vet.
