HELP NEEDED

my chick just hatched .. can I leave it over night in the Bator or what ? I don’t want it to harm my other eggs

You can if you want to I like to leave mine in until they dry. Then quickly remove them so the temp and Humid doesn't change too much.

If you open the incubator while there are pipped or internally pipped eggs you risk shrink wrapping those chicks.

On the other hand chicks that have been hatched a while can play soccer and kick around eggs sometimes causing problems for unhatched eggs.

Personally I would leave it overnight at least.

Assuming the fan is well covered and there's no risk of the chick getting in it.
