One of my chicks I feel like it’s not okay .. my other chicks are moving they’re heads and moving but one isn’t it can’t sustain his head he just wobbles .. idk if he’s okay

Put a thermometer under the heat lamp and see what the temp is....

I always put electrolytes in the water to help give them a boost but I do not think it is absolutely necessary....

Give them some time. They just hatched.

Your local feed store should have them, I got mine from tractor supply. Like I said they are not absolutely necessary but they sure can't hurt....
