When he gets out your humidity will rise sharply.
Not sure about spraying duck eggs, but a wet sponge in bator can help.

Yea and because he is so close to hatching I would not do anything just watch him.

Look for his beak. Make sure it is pointed up and he is breathing. If not, find his neck and gently loosen it towards natural direction to get him air. If his head comes all the way out thats fine, dont remove bottom of shell. Pekins come out pretty quick. Yeah mama!
