Help! New baby chicks pecking eachothers

I just got 9 baby chicks today. I have 5 blonde ones and 2 of them end up pecking the other 3 blondes and other black ones in the eye. I don’t know what to do, it looks so painful and breaks my heart. Do I need to leave them alone to let them establish an order, or do I need to separate the peckers?

Separate the bullies behind a mesh divider for a day or so and see if that helps them lose interest in pecking the others.

Do they have enough space? Sometimes chicks peck each other when they are too close. Maybe try scattering some chick feed on the floor of their brooder.
