HELP new baby pecking EVERYONE

I just added 2 new babies to an existing group of 3 Orpingtons and the new Cochin is now pecking all of their heads and making them coward. What do I do??? Please help. 3 weeks old

You might want to put a divider in their brooder box- separating the ones being bullied from the bully + 1 or 2 that are not being bullied. Make sure they can still see each other though. Then after a few days try reintroducing them

my last chick who was named dixie was doing that for about 2 weeks and died. but this could not be the case, i read on the internet about something called chicken jail. its when you take some chicken wire and put in in thebbrooder seperating the chicks. this may work and also it may turn out to be the scenario of my chick..... does she gett pasty butt alot?

Just got her. She’s not doing it much now. ( separates her for a few minutes in a cat crate. She’s scratching now. Boredom maybe?....

Can they have chicken scratch at 3 weeks?

If you have an enclosed space with a roof you might want to put them outside for a few hours a day... if it's on the cooler side make sure you have your heater on + food and water and grit

no not until 12 weeks for the scratch and yes bring them outside mine are very happy out there and they r only 4 weeks today
