Ok she is a white Cochin and only pecks the heads of the black Orpingtons and they take it. Is this a mean bird or establishing dominance? And she has to be in the middle of everything

I currently have her in a car carrier and she’s not happy. I put her in and the others ran, she didn’t pay them any attention and went to scratch and the others joined. But as soon as she got tired she went to peck them. What do I do. I see that she has a long beak....
