Help! New chick wont stand!!

Sorry, there won't be a pic. I have one chick that came in the mail today that cant/wont stand. I went ahead and taped the legs (with a bandaid, for spraddle legs). It still won't even try to walk- it kind of flops around using its wings (almost like it is trying to hop on its butt?). It is drinking -from a syringeiand ate a little of the growgel). It is sleeping more than the rest, but has alert periods. Any advice (please)? Thanks

I wish I could help you out all I can do is bump you. We just had chicks hatch and had the same exact thing happen to one. I tried the band aid thing for spraddle but to no avail, it just seemed to flopped worse. I know somebody on here will give you good advice.
