HELP! New chicken owner and incorrect labeled chick!

We are new to chicken ownership and got 8 chickens back in April. All are obviously hens, but this chicken which was labeled a “black sexlink” is looking like it was labeled incorrectly and now we are wondering if we have a rooster... please help with breed identification and sex!

"Americana" is an improper (usually on purpose by hatcheries) spelling of Ameraucana used to sell Easter Eggers.
