They are over heating. Their wings are out. Raise the lamp.
Can you back up and take a picture of the entire brooder?

We kinda made a place for them to stay. They didn’t have the heat lamp in until just now. Yes I’ll take a pic and send

Oh I thought they’d be cold. Just brought them home from car.

Usually with a brooder, you have one side with the heat lamp and one side with shade. So they can move away if they overheat.

Place your hand underneath the heat lamp near the ground. You should be able to feel the warmth, but not have it so close that they can get burnt/hurt themselves on it.

Is it normal that they aren’t walking very well and falling over?

No they should be trying to waddle around and explore. Young chicks are clumsy for the first few days, but that usually doesn’t stop them

Well right now they are laying. Earlier they tried to move but fell all over the place. Couldn’t get the legs up. Kinda splayed it looked like almost. New to me

They should be ~100 degrees when very young. Do you have a thermometer?

Yeah we got them from store drove 30 min back home and put them in a made up brooder and set up heat lamp.

A large enough brooder space so that they can go under the heater, but also get out from under it. Tractor Supply sells a packet to put in the water called SAV-A-Chick. Get that and put it in the water if they have been overheated it will help, like gator-aid for chicks.
