Help new hatched issues

Ok so my first chick started to hatch yesterday and finished last night so I left it like I'm as posed to but when I looked it was stuck to the bottom of the bator like glued and still all it's feathers are like glue dried and stuck to it but its moving and peeping it also has a big blob hanging from its underside like it didn't fully absorb everything what can I do or is all lost !?

Sounds like the yolk sac was not fully absorbed and has stuck to the incubator tray. We had several chicks with that problem with our first hatch, last spring. We had to kill the poor little things. DH did the deed, pretty sure he severed their heads. Very sad. This spring, we had a very successful hatch without any problems--same incubator, but different parent birds.
