HELP - new member

Hello, my name is Kay. I have 4 chickens and 2 Peking ducks. It's been many many years since I've had any type of foul.
Now the problem. I think something is the matter with one of my ducks. It will not get in the pond (small blue). It will hang its head over and drink but won't get in. It also lays around and pants.
Does anyone have any thoughts as to what could possibly be the matter?
I will appreciate any and all advice given with caring. Thank you

How old is your duck and what exactly have you been feeding it?
Also can you take a short video of him and upload it to YouTube?

Texas Kiki,
My ducks and chicks ate about a month old. I feed them duck pellets and Probiotics chick feed with grit added.
Just since I posted this it seems to be doing much better. It's getting in and out of the pond now and is fluffing its feathers. Could it simply be that it didn't like my husband out here? He has since gone into the house.
