A comb picture could help. To me it looks like a Golden Lace Wyandotte, Golden Sebright, or a Golden Laced Cochin. Thanks for posting!

Has no comb, appears to be a pea comb.. I will look through my pics again...

Looks like a Golden Sebright to me. Is it's comb totally flat or does it have tiny little bumps?
