Help newborn ancona hatched with a bleeding naval cavity and still not healing

My ancona duckling hatched 5 hours ago and her belly had a doughnut shaped thing with blood coming out where she absorbed her yolk it has stopped bleeding but now it seems open and has not fully closed yet

Do you have betadine? if so mix with warm water till it looks like weak tea then using a q tip wet the area real well. keep her as clean as you can so infection doesn't set in. it should start to dry up soon use this betadine mixture 2-3 times a day and keep any other ducklings from being able to peck at her. another thing would be Veterycin spray it is for wounds and infection and can be sprayed on.
