Update:
I isolated Sophia last night from the rest of the flock so I could monitor better for any other symptoms. She has not pooped all day. She has not eaten nor drank water (water has denagard with apple juice in it). She also has not laid an egg in 3 days now, previously she was laying everyday. She honestly doesn’t look like she’s moved off the post I put in the dog kennel with her.

Could these be signs of something more? Or is this behavior due to me isolating her?

When she was in the run the other day I gave her a blueberry (her favorite) and she took it but didn’t eat it all. I’m not sure if it’s because she struggled to find it again after she dropped it.

Update to the update:
I gave her some scrambled egg and she ate that. I moved the perch post in the kennel closer to the food and water and she ate and drank. I don’t think she’s gotten off the post all day. Crop doesn’t feel full or anything. She has pooped (I couldn’t see the first one) and it is very soft, but not quite liquid (and stinky! 😂)

She may not be able to see well out of the eye, hard to know.
I'd continue to encourage her to eat/drink, see how it goes.

This is her closed eye today. Still no discharge. No odor. Poop is almost liquid-y. But she is drinking and will eat some. I don’t notice any swelling. She is kind of lethargic, but I’m not sure if that’s because she’s inside? She’s currently just snoozing on my lap right now.

I’m treating her with denagard in water. I’m still applying triple antibiotic and saline to her eye. Is there anything else I should be doing?

Do you think I still need to keep her inside? Or is that doing more harm than good?

I’ll also add a pic of her other eye that she will open without any problem

Since she's lethargic and acting off, I'd keep her inside to monitor her.

Denagard will treat Mycoplasma only, so if you suspect infection from something else, it may be better to switch to Tylosin or another anbiotic.

Can you get photos of her eye open?

Here are the best I could get for photos of her eye. I also noticed the black mark/scab/crusty that was on her lower eyelid in previous photos is no longer there when I checked on her this evening.

Poor girl!
To me, it looks like she's blind in the eye, but hard to know.

I'd still keep it clean and ointment in the eye.
I’d agree with that assessment, it’s significantly more cloudy/dull than when I first noticed her closed eye. No idea what could have cause her to slowly go blind though.
Her poop is becoming mostly liquid now and what fecal matter is there has a green shade to it. She will eat scrambled egg and drink water. I feel like her symptoms are getting worse and I’m at a loss for how to help her 😔

Is her crop emptying?

Often green poop is bile from not eating well. Scrambled egg is good. I'd try to encourage her to eat her normal feed too. Try it wet or dry.
