If you go to the link posted above, it tells you a lot of information about this. From what I'm seeing there, it looks like they should fall off in a few days but they actually die instantly after treatment. Hope that helps

Serious Red Mites
Treat it ..idk what people use to treat mites I am tagging @Eggcessive @casportpony she might tell u a treatment

Haven't had an infestation of anything but giant butt nuggets so far. However, I like your sanitation technique. It's quite thorough so I'll be following it if I ever have a situation like this. Thanks for the pics - hoping your flock gets better soon.
