I found this on my 1.5 year old Buff Orphington lady. It looks like she's the only one with it so far... This is the first time I've noticed it... Is she OK? What should I do?
Welcome to BYC. That looks like my chickens' toes from winter after a bout of slight frostbite. They will commonly lose the toenails, and the toe will appear stubby and pale. If you had below freezing temps last winter, I would suspect frostbite. Not much to do for it after it has healed.
It doesn't look like it, but is there a scab on her foot at all?
There's a chance it could be bumble foot. Chickens will sometimes cut their feet and since they can't clean it like a dog or cat, it'll get infected.
