Help not sure what's up.

I just got an email from a customer who bought eggs from me. The chicks are hatching but he has one that he does not know what to do.
I never had this so looking for help so I know what to tell him.
The chick has a large red mass hanging out the vent. Can a chick be born with a prolapse? or is it something else. He does not know what to do for it. Thanks cj

Are you sure it isn't the yolk sack{but red} hummm IDK

Keep him in the incubator, keep him warm and dry - if it's an unabsorbed yolk sack it'll diminish over 24 hours.
