If you see movement or if the egg doesn't stink and it isn't even hatch day yet, then all you need to do it wait.

It doesnt stink, and i didnt leave it out enough to see movement i can candle it again tonight and look for it

Nevermind, I went back through comments and see that you said day 21. I'll be honest, it looks like it may have quit but it can be hard to tell from pictures. There's no harm in waiting if it isn't stinky.

If you’re not sure, give it 3 or 4 more days. It will hatch or it won’t.

I do really believe it's dead. Veins have receded, and it just isn't looking good. I'd give it a few more days. It may be absorbing its veins, so it can hatch, but I think that happens after internally pipping. But, definitely do give it a chance. It may not be dead.

Last and final update... last night while I was asleep the heater failed, i woke up and the egg was cold so sadly it didnt make it but i will try again, this time with a homemade incubator so I can watch humidity and temperature, any recomendations of designs from youtube that work well?

I have a lot of experience with different brands of incubators but no experience making homemade ones. Sorry.
