HELP!!! Oddest thing ever!

One of my friends who does not have chickens at all. Recieved a box on her doorstep of 26 mixed chicks. Says it is from Chicken Lovers of America and that they won a raffle (that they never entered). We tried looking up everything, even the tracking number on the box and it was all bogus. Has anyone ever encountered something of this nature? The paper work also said that they will be entered into another raffle for ducks, a goat and a sheep.

Are they set up to raise chicks? Can you help them get set up with a brooder, etc. for the chicks?
Do the chicks need to find new homes?

I brought over all my chick supplies and feed. I also told them you sign up here. They are looking to rehome some, but it would be nice to know what breed and sex they are 1st.

Sounds like a really bad practical joke...that, or they're gonna need space for their next "winnings". That's just too weird. Do they have other friends with livestock?
