Help older chicks

[Mom of 9]

I have two older golden comets that have swollen hips, walk pigeoned toed, runny poops and pasty butts.Have given antibiotics and dewormed with wazine. One has been like this for several months.They have rolled oats,greens and yougart for treats.Any help
