Help On Button Quail Starter Feed?

I need a bit of help on which feed would be healthiest and safest for my second group of button quail chicks..I will put some links to the feeds which I have found and you can judge on what would be best or suggest a certain feed to me.

Note: Last hatch I fed the chicks hard boiled eggs as a first meal (Chicken eggs) and they ate it, then I moved them up to the feed. (They both did fine.)

I feed my BQ's gamebird crumble because it has a high protein content of 30%. While they are the smallest quail, they are true quail and thus fall into the gamebird category when it comes to nutrition and social habits. Because the crumbles are meant to be fed to larger birds, I will put a scoop of it into a coffee grinder and turn it into a fine meal before giving it to BQ chicks.

Thank you very much! Would it be safe to add finely ground up oyster shells to the mix?

I don't think grit is necessary at this point. Plus you don't want them to fill up their crops with non-essentials, since they need all of the nutrition they can get right now. I don't start offering it until they're big enough to eat the crumble without me having to grind it up, which is about the 4th-5th week or so.
