Help on feeding my button quail

I ran out of gamebird food ,so I've just been using un-medicated duck food. I grind it up and they all seem to be doing fine on it. I just grind it up first.

However I feed all my birds over 4 days old small crickets ,and all birds over a month old mealworms ,aswell.

I doubt a 4-day old button quail would be able to eat a cricket.

I'll feed pinheads at first ,they're little bigger then a fruit fly. Most go NUTS for them after the first few days of learning what they are.
