Help! On TV Wed about eggs!

Not that people would do that normally, but it would give you a bad egg for your example.

I would try that, but I have to be there in less than 48 hours. And I don't have an incubator....

Maybe if you write down the points you want to make, and keep them half hidden somewhere on the table. Treating her like a customer,and ignoring the camera, could help you with any nervousness. They will probably want to go over things with you a few minutes ahead of time. Just look at her and talk to her as if she was an uninformed person who wants to know why your eggs are so special.
Oh, and don't wear white. Not only does it mess up the camera, but it shows every bit of dirt.
