One baby quail has hatched but the rest have only pipped... I'm afraid if I take it out, the humidity will drop and kill the others. How long can a baby stay in the incubator? I'll be at school for 7 hours and I think it hatched in the middle of the night.

If the baby's dried and fluffed out you can take it out quick.

Ya, you can crack the incubator open a bit and quickly take the little guy out as soon as he's dry and fluffy. The humidity should go back up fairly quickly. But if you'd rather wait, he will be fine. They don't need food or water for 3 days after they hatch. The only problem with leaving them for too long, is that they will run around and knock the other eggs around disorientating them. Though I've heard some say, that leaving one in encourages the rest to hatch because they can hear it's chirping.
