Help! One of my baby chicks is so weak!

I'd stop adding anything to the water. Sprinkle the feed on the floor plus in the feeder.
Let it sleep. Sadly some won't make it. Nothing you did wrong it's something internally wrong with the Chicks.

This is litteraly emtional abuse to me seeing that chick dying innpain slowly i haven't slept in a day i was caring foe this chick the other one is now with her momma.. But this dies
