Help! One of my ducklings is sneezing

I am worried that my little duckling is sick.She has been sneezing a lot today and I am not sure what to do

Does she have a waterer where she can wash her face? especially her nares out? they can get dust, feed inside their nares and need to be able to wash it out, ducklings need water 24/7 what other symptoms are you seeing? is she running around doing ducky things or laying around inactive? maybe some good poultry vitamins added to her water will be the boost she needs. Make sure she is out of drafts and temps in her brooder aren't too warm or too cool.
