Help!!! Orange Mystery clusters on my flock

Pics
So he said he thinks they are harvest mites. Which are like larvae for chiggars. He also attatched treatments. Idk I'm trying to read and figure out what to treat them with. (My comprehension isnt the best sometimes) on the permethrin I'm seeing a way higher dose for poultry than my bottle suggests. Also I thought sevin had a lifetime egg withdraw??? I have sulfer I can bathe them in, I dont see where it mentions that to treat chiggars only a different mite. But my mother said sulfer repels or kills chiggers? So add to dust bath or dip them in a bath?
Sevin is just "not approved" for use on chickens anymore here in the states.
Many people still use it.

Find this odd "kitten strength permethrin"....I thought permethrin was toxic to cats?

It is toxic to cats. That was a blog entry from 2014 from someone in Queensland, I can only assume they were miss informed, or miss stated the treatment they meant. One example of why to be sure of information received online, do some homework and verify if you are not familiar with your source! I'd never use any chemical on any of my animals based on one single unknown recommendation.

Permethrin is good.
I would try it.
I'm not seeing the dose you mention above though.
Can you tell me what that is please.

It depends on which bottle/product of permethrin you buy.
I can help you with a dosing amount if you tell me the exact product you have on hand already.
FWIW
This is sold "ready to use"
no mixing with water required.

Sorry it took so long. That's a pic of it. I put 2oz in 2 gallons of water. I think that's a bit more diluted than what I read. But i was scared to make it to strong due to the baby chicks.
Tonight I'm gonna put sevin on MY LAWN. and mix 2oz sulfer and 1 oz dish soap per gallon of water. Dip them all in that. I also added sulfer to the DE dust bath. My only question is now one if my seramas is broody. Will it hurt the 3 eggs she is sitting on if I dip her in it?

Gave my rooster a bath tonight and I didnt see any orange clusters on him!!!!! I have only treated the yard with sevin, I haven't treated them! I know I am dragging my feet on treating the chickens lol
I've just already sprayed them 2x
But tomorrow I am cleaning the coop again and I am going to wet the babies down so I can check again! If they aren't better I am spraying them!!!!! But if it's gone or getting better, I will let them be.
