I just woke up to find this. It looks like an organ that's falling out of her. What is it?? What can I do??

Welcome, and I'm so sorry for your hen. If it's an internal organ, coming from her abdomen as it appears, it's euthanasia time for her. How about another picture, showing the wound itself?

If you are referring to the long snake like thing... it's poo. You can even still see the urates on it near the top right of the photo.

Please, wash her behind gently with warm epsom salt water, dry carefully with a towel and then post new pictures again. With all the caked up faeces there is hardly anything else to be seen here.
