UPDATE: I gave her an epsom salt bath and it came out, so I guess it's not an organ thankfully. I'll still be going to the vet to see if it's a worm or lash egg or what, and get medication if needed. Thank you everyone for helping, I'll update again later

This looks strange indeed. A tapeworm would be in part flat and show segments, but to my knowledge tapeworms have a much lighter colour.

Please, keep us updated on the vet's diagnosis.

Update: The vet wasn't 100% sure but it seems to be a worm (a roundworm I think). I'll be treating her with homeovet dewormer

Three times a day in their water for 2 weeks. The vet offered antibiotics but I'd rather try something natural first which they said was fine. I'm in the US
