Help! Peachick hatching

There's something bothering me about him (Fluffy) though. His sibling (Peawee) who hatched about 12 hours ago takes turns staying awake and chirping and then going back to sleep. But Fluffy spends most of his time sleeping. Every now and then he stands up to move to a different location but keeps his eyes closed and then goes back to sleep again. He does open his eyes and walk around a bit now and then, but that's rare. He's sleeping mostly. Mind you, it's been about 2 days since he pipped. He started pipping Tuesday 9pm and hatched Wednesday 7pm. It is now Thursday 5:45pm at my place. Could it be that he's tired and needs food? I've tried giving them some water but Fluffy was too busy keeping his eyes closed/sleeping to take any sips. Peawee took some sips though.

Do you guys have any suggestions? Is there anything I can do to help Fluffy?
Did fluffy have a hard time hatching? i am sorry i have read so many baby stories i forget who's who till i see the post again.

Fluffy hatched all by himself. He was active too after hatching. I noticed his odd lethargic behavior at 10am today (he hatched at 7pm yesterday and was active throughout the night).

They were in a brooder until just a couple of hours ago when I noticed their heat lamp had gone out for unknown reasons. I'm not sure how long the lamp was out, but it couldn't be more than 4 hours (Fluffy was lethargic even while the lamp was on, though). The temperature was at 77F. I moved them to the incubator as soon as I could and gave them water bottles with warm water. They were noticeably shivering for a while but that stopped quickly after going into the incubator. The temperature is now at 98-100F. I've given them a little bit of water just now and Fluffy willingly drinks it but still keeps his eyes closed. I've always given them a little bit of boiled egg yolk. Fluffy took one bite of it but refuses to eat anymore of it. Instead, he sometimes pecks at the ground and the water bottles.

Just an update, it's been 30 mins since I originally heard the sounds. Just checked now, there is still chirping sounds coming but it's much softer. There is also egg movement. The temperature is now from 98-99F and the humidity has been lowered to 62%. Is this an alright
i will not be in the majority here and may very well be wrong

.....3 years ago i had a lone pea egg in the bator ..... this chick was literally screaming ...took all that i had to NOT intervene.....screaming got quieter and i said to myself "good, he must be getting ready to pip" ... chick went silent for two days and NO pipping ... opened the egg -- the chick was dead and i could've saved him...that being said, i've also killed quite a few by intervening too early ..... my gut on this one says to take a peek and see what's going on ...

(always candle and do so from the center of the air cell end to see what's going on) -- i use the tip of the blade from a box cutter to poke the first hole and toothpicks to slowly make the hole larger... if you haven't done it before practice on a few chicken eggs, but remember the pea egg is thicker walled... if you 've got questions i'm gonna pm you my phone number(i'm a slow typer and not always at the computer)-- john
I've got a peachick that has cracked its shell, you can see it's break, it's chirping, but it's been 22 hours, no progress... Do we wait the full 24 hours, or try to help it?
temperature and humidity good . Is there anything we can do to help the little one out of the shell? Please, any help would be greatly appreciated.
