Help! Peachick hatching

Thank you everyone for the advices! I've decided to not touch the egg, and am just adjusting the humidity and temperature for now.

It's been about 18 hours and the chick seems to be cracking the shell at her own pace. She has made small cracks as well as a little hole on the right side of the egg. She chirps if I talk to her and sometimes even pokes at the cracks. However, she seems to be cracking the shell towards the bottom (the egg is lying on its side, not upright). Should I turn the egg or just leave it as it is?

I would not touch it, opening the bater up at this point can cause a drop in humidity and could cause the membrane to dry out before the chick can break free.

Sometimes they hatch quick other times it seems to take forever.
I had one hatch yesterday and never saw it pip, I guess it pip or zip, checked on them and an hour later one was out, sneaky little pea

I have wonderful news for everyone. After 20 hours, she finally hatched! She is currently resting on her stomach, head down on the ground (think it's too heavy to lift?). Is the yoke still providing for her at this stage? Should I try feeding her some food and water?

the yolk sac provides nourishment for the first 3 days, water can be offered on day one but it prob. won't drink it , no feed needed/advised until day 3.
Congrats !

When I hear chirping inside the egg normally within a day there is a pip.If that doesn't happen I then get my LED flashlite and look at the egg from the big end and you can clearly see the chick and if it's moving and thru the airsack. If it is thru the airsack already and not pipped there is a good chance it will sufficate,as in what I suspected happened to your peachick johnskoi. If there is still movement and the chick is thru the airsack I have broken the shell (in the large end)before to at least insure the chick doesn't run out of air.But lets face it here,,,if the chick is too weak to pip, chances are it wouldn't be strong enough to survive if you had to help it completely emerge from the shell.Mother natures way of weeding out the weak.

Congrats! It will be getting around a lot better tomorrow or the following day, don't worry.

When its up and walking, use your finger to create a little movement with its food and water. They are very curious and should come a running.

There's something bothering me about him (Fluffy) though. His sibling (Peawee) who hatched about 12 hours ago takes turns staying awake and chirping and then going back to sleep. But Fluffy spends most of his time sleeping. Every now and then he stands up to move to a different location but keeps his eyes closed and then goes back to sleep again. He does open his eyes and walk around a bit now and then, but that's rare. He's sleeping mostly. Mind you, it's been about 2 days since he pipped. He started pipping Tuesday 9pm and hatched Wednesday 7pm. It is now Thursday 5:45pm at my place. Could it be that he's tired and needs food? I've tried giving them some water but Fluffy was too busy keeping his eyes closed/sleeping to take any sips. Peawee took some sips though.

Do you guys have any suggestions? Is there anything I can do to help Fluffy?

Do you have them in a brooder? what are you using for heat? sometimes the little ones will have a bit of a time regulating their temperature and will get lethargic, while their hatch mates do fine.
I had a little white one like that, i dabbed her little beak with some polyvinyl a few times a day and put her under the heat lamp in a small pen where she could not go back out and the next morning she was fine.
