Noticed about a week ago my peacock was different. I purchased him in September with 3 other peafowl. He was stated to be about 1yr and 1/2 Old. I noticed he is laying down more. He also when up moving around will occasionally open and close his beak. I thought maybe he had worms so I attempted to worm him. They live in my chicken coop. I attempted to worm with fenbendazole, Safe-Guard dewormer for goats supension 10% (100mg/ml). I mixed 10z in to 1 cup of water and poured on 10 pounds of pellet chicken food. I removed all food from the coop and just gave them this for the day. I did witness all the peafowl eating some. What else should I do? Was that enough? He is still opening and closing his mouth occasionally and laying down a lot. I did the deworming on Friday 12/28/18. Second note. What is egg withdraw time?
