Well do like you said get a really visious attorney.They know how to cut in the , "tim sueing" line. They are trained to work the system, and they are better and presenting the truth than you would be. You would show to much emotion, for some reason most judges dont like that. But your attorney now what laws to push off on Tim, and will have the power with the judge to milk every dime Tim has. Good luck, and keep us posted.
