HELP! PIC Chick born with blood by the umbilicus-What should/can I do?

I think its Omphalitis. Anything I should do????????

Is there anything I can or should do for this little chick? Notice the blood sac on his rear end.

Cover it with a plaster (band aid) to stop the others from pecking it. I think it will be fine,
