I have some JG eggs in the incubator due to hatch today, but, I have 3 pipped as of 9 am this morning and no progress. One has opened the hole enough for me to see the inner-membrane, and it looks white and maybe dried out since it has been so many hours since pip. The temp is holding at 99.5 to 100, but the humidity fluctuates between 60 and 70%.

What can I do now to save this hatch? Is the humidity wrong?

I'm freaking out! These eggs are so precious to me, I just couldnt stand to lose any due to my own error.

Please share your advice, maybe something that has worked for you in the past, or similar experience?

You should go to bed and leave them alone. It can take well over 24 hours from the time they pip until they hatch. The edge of the membrane where they pip is going to look white, but that doesn't mean it's dried out. I keep my humidity about 65% for the hatch altho once they start hatching it will go up higher on it's own.
