HELP PLEASE BABY CHICKS NEED HELP

I have a have a game hen who is hatching eggs went to check on her on day 23 and she threw such a fit that two of them eggs broke the shell broke on one but the inner shell is still intacked nothing leaked out. The other egg broke worse nothing leaked out but I can see the baby ckickens head it not moving from what I can tell. What should I do I took them out from under and put them under a heat lamp with a moist rag. Will they still make it? Should I buy an incubator? Please help don't want to loose them

Check if they are still alive and keep them moist as much as possible. Carefully remove the shell over the fat end of the egg, where the air sac is and look for blood vessels in the inner membrane. You'll need to dampen the membrane with a wet Q-tip first. Then see if you can find the chick's beak. Make sure the chick's beak and nostrils is clear so it can breathe. Good luck!

once the chick is detatched from the egg and if it has it's belly button poking out now is the time to dry up the belly button so it can heal.
