help please bantams

That goes for usually any breed. If they are used to being the only male, and then you introduce another male to the flock, chances are great that they will fight. Some roosters, even if raised together since hatch, will vie for the alpha position and fight, sometimes to the death. I don't have Games, but I know this is true of many breeds. I have one rooster that, if given the chance, wpuld kill his brother in an instant. Yet this same rooster stays in the run with the young cockerels, hens, and younger roosters without any problems. He knows he is the leader of the flock, until his brother comes on the scene, then it's time to challenge him. Needless to say, I have to keep them seperated from each other.

Ok thanks. i have regular game roosters and they can't even be in the same yard wit out fighting.. Never had bantams before want some and need to know how to house them.. I guess it the same as big game rooster.

I had 2 oegb Roos that were raised together and they slept together as buddies ... But one if them would go over to my other cage and pick a fight thru the fence with my other roo...

Well, that's how my two Marans boys started off. They were the best of buds, where you saw one, the other was only 3 feet away. They even took turns breeding.

Then it seemed like just one morning, that was it. The fight was on, and it has never been the same again. I let one free range during the day, and the other stays in the run. They will fence fight, but they know it's futile and give up after a minute or two. Just looked out my kitchen window, and now I have a 4 1/2 month old Silkie roo fence fighting with one of the Marans cockerels, who is probably 3 times his size!
